The Missouri Athletic Club maintains a highly qualified professional catering staff that will assist you in planning every detail of your party, business meeting, reception, banquet or any event you wish to host. All events are handled with the creativity and expertise you would expect from a professional staff.
Business functions may begin with a small breakfast meeting or become as elaborate as an awards banquet, retirement party, company seminar or Christmas party.

Ask your consultant about the possibility of having the Missouri Athletic Club prepare any of your favorite recipes. The Missouri Athletic Club prepares all of its food, breads, pastries, etc. on property, so you won’t have to worry about making extra arrangements and your food will always be freshly made the day of your event.

Missouri Room
The Missouri Athletic Club’s ballroom, filled with chandeliers, high ceilings and elegant décor, makes the Missouri Room the perfect backdrop for the ultimate private event. From wedding receptions to banquets to parties, the professional catering staff at the Missouri Athletic Club will make your event a success.
All of your catering needs are taken care of on property at the Downtown Clubhouse, so you don’t have to worry about making extra arrangements. Pastry chefs hand make all the breads and decadent desserts in the Club’s own bakery. Brides can even design their own wedding cake, and the Missouri Athletic Club can make that dream cake become a reality.

For banquets and meetings, the Missouri Athletic Club offers a selection of 15 elegantly appointed dining and meeting rooms to choose from. Business and classroom floor plan layouts can be custom designed by the professional catering staff to meet any meeting or banquet space requirements. Whether you plan a meeting for four or 400, our Downtown Clubhouse can accommodate your banquet or meeting room needs.

Crystal Room
The Crystal Room offers the same elegance found in the Missouri Room but on a smaller scale. Decorated with dozens of crystal chandeliers, the Crystal Room is the perfect place for an intimate wedding reception and/or wedding. The Crystal Room also can function for business receptions, luncheons, etc.
