The MAC employs nearly 300 individuals at our downtown and west county locations. Employees occupy full-time, part-time, and per diem (on-call) positions. They maintain a motivated, friendly and effective team environment.

Server	Duties include setting up and waiting tables. Previous experience in both Ala Carte and Banquet preferred.	Food & Beverage Per Diem
Cafeteria Attendant	Experience with serving food and dining room sanitation preferred.  Requires a responsible and independent individual able to work with little or no supervision.	Food & Beverage Part Time
Pantry Cook	Set up a la carte line, buffet, work lunch, breakdown cold line, buffet and reset.  Prepare a variety of salads and dressings.  Previous experience preferred.	Food & Beverage Full Time

	West
Position	Description	Department
Snack Bar Attendant	Duties include making snack bar items, smoothies.  Good customer service a must.	Food & Beveratge Part TIme
